pkr789's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their pkr789 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds, free spins, or winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
